Børsen Forum wanted to optimize their lead acquisition process and thereby increase their sales of pamphlets (Børsen Ledelseshåndbøger). The main aim of this campaign was to harvest qualified leads for telemarketing.

Globase solved the task in cooperation with Børsen Forum by outlining a dialogue strategy built around a number of microsites and response triggered emails. Globase configured the emails and triggers that were designed to guide the lead prospect all the way through the course of events. All data and response management took place in Globase.

The dialogue sequence (and contact plan) was constructed  to be scaleable in a Nordic context, and after implementing the campaign in Denmark, Børsen Forum chose to reuse the dialogue concept flow in Finland as well.
