Globase tracks response from direct mails (offline)
Generate more activity on your website via direct mails – also known as drive-to-web-campaigns
A direct mail (a letter in the post) can prove to be an efficient means of communicating with your leads and customers. You do, of course, need to be aware of the fact that tracking the response to a letter in the post is not as easy as tracking responses on online based marketing media, such as an email.
Measure the effectiveness of your offline activity in Globase
Globase can help you measure the effectiveness of certain direct mail campaigns. You might, for instance, want to send a postal letter with a unique code to a specific target group in order to motivate the recipients to go to a website and sign up for a newsletter, an event, or the like. When they sign up and enter the unique code, this will enable you to track the response of this direct mail campaign.
How Hyundai used direct mails and gathered data in Globase
Hyundai intended to sell an additional warranty to 5,000 of their customers, and in order to accomplish this they launched a direct mail (a drive-to-web-campaign in the form of a postal letter) to a group of recipients. The letter contained login information to their micro site www.hyundaigaranti.dk.
Globase solved the task by programming the micro site and gathering all data and response from the customers that accessed the microsite. Hyundai simultaneously used the Globase SMS module to allow customers to send a text message to 12xx with login information, after which the response was automatically registered in Globase.
